APP User ID and Password

1. How to generate User ID?
You can generate a user ID by registering on the web portal www.edenred.co.in

2. How to regenerate Password?
Visit to www.edenred.co.in. & click on regenerate password. You will be asked your card number and expiry date to reset your password.

3. What can be done in case you forget your password?
In case you forget your password click forgot password from the login page. You will have to put your card details and Card expiry details to generate a new password for login sessions.

4. When can the user ID get disabled?
If you go beyond making 3 attempts to login your user Id will get disabled.

5. How to login after user Id gets disabled?
The only way to enable the login credentials is by resetting a password which can be done only through the web portal www.edenred.co.in

6. What can be done in case you forget your User ID?
You can download MyEdenred India App and go to forgot User ID. The User ID will be sent to the user’s registered mobile number.

Lost Card – Blocking & Replacement

7. What to do if you lose your Meal Card?
If you are a registered customer, you can login the mobile app using the User ID & password created by you to hotlist/block the card or you can login to the web portal www.edenred.co.in and visit card login to hotlist/block your card.   

8. What to do if you lose your Gift Card?
If you are a registered customer, you can login the mobile app using the User ID & password created by you to hotlist/block the card or you can login to the web portal www.edenred.co.in and visit card login to hotlist/block your card.   

9. How to block/hotlist your Meal Card? 
You can visit “MyEdenred India” App and go to my profile. Enter all the card details and select report now option. You have to then select the reason for blocking/hostlisting the card and then your card will be permanently get blocked or you can login to the web portal www.edenred.co.in and visit card login to hotlist/block your card.  

10. How to block/hotlist your Meal Card?
You can visit “MyEdenred India” App and go to my profile. Enter all the card details and select report now option. You have to then select the reason for blocking/hostlisting the card and then your card will be permanently get blocked or you can login to the web portal www.edenred.co.in and visit card login to hotlist/block your card.

12. Is there any penalty or charges for a Meal Card replacement?
For Meal Card there are no replacement charges.  

13. Is there any penalty or charges for a Gift Card replacement?
For Gift Card replacement there is a fee of Rs.100 + GST which is also waved off in some cases which can be looked upon by the employer of your organization.

14. What is Mpin ?
Mpin is the personal identification number which is required to log in to your account to check your card details such as balance, history, transactions etc. 

15. How to activate your Pin based Meal Card?
To activate your PIN based meal card you have to first register yourself on the Customer Online Portal by visiting www.edenred.co.in. You will mandatorily be required to generate the POS PIN using a secured OTP process post which your card will be automatically get activated.  

16. How can you access the Self-care portal for PIN generation?
You can register on the Customer Online Portal by visiting www.edenred.co.in For the first time, you need to use the Card No. and the registration code provided in the Welcome letter. Post providing the personal information required and on successful authentication you will be prompted to create your own User ID & password. Post successful registration, by using this User ID & password you can access all card related information like balance, transaction details, hotlisting/blocking of card, replacement of cards etc. 

17. How to generate a Pin for the Card transactions at POS terminals?
You have to mandatorily follow the online registration process over the Self-care portal for generating the PIN (4 Digits), which is only enabled after successful validation of an OTP sent to your registered mobile number & email-ID. 

18. How to change your existing PIN?
You can change the Mpin through your “MyEdenred India App”. Log in to the app and visit my card. In my cards select the linked card and there you can see the option of change PIN . 

19. How to change your PIN if forgotten?
You can only regenerate your MPIN instantly by visiting the self-care portal on www.edenred.co.in 

20. Can the MPIN be used anywhere? 
Once you activate your PIN based Meal Card by registering on the web portal and creating MPIN you can use the pin for any transaction also, you can simply login to your “MyEdenred India App” with the same MPIN.
